The Technical Development Center (TDC) is Soccer Dieppe's flagship youth program for 10- to 12-year-olds. It bridges the gap between recreational development and competitive sport, offering both pathways within the same program framework.
For players with ambitions to compete at a higher level, the Pre-Academy (intensive) stream provides additional training volume, tactical depth, and competitive match exposure. For players who want a rewarding, high-quality experience without the full competitive commitment, the Regular stream provides structured development at a more relaxed pace.
In summer, all players participate in recreational sessions organized into two flexible blocks. The competitive season requires a tryout in spring to qualify for summer teams.
