Mission, Vision, and Strategic Planning

Mission

At Soccer Dieppe, our mission is to be the driving force behind the promotion and development of soccer in Dieppe, every day and throughout the year. We are committed to ensuring continuity in player development, guaranteeing access to the sport, and qualifying and developing our coaches and referees. We aim to offer players appropriate frameworks tailored to their expectations and abilities, covering a wide range of competitions from recreational to AAA. We work closely with municipal, regional, and provincial organizations to foster the continuous growth of this sport in our community.

Vision

At Soccer Dieppe, our vision is based on planned and structured teaching for coaches, players, and referees. We believe this development process enhances decision-making, allowing each individual to contribute meaningfully to team performance and results. Administrative Structure

YannickAdministrative Director

Yannick is the Administrative Director of Soccer Dieppe. His main role is to oversee all administrative operations of the organization, including managing human resources, finances, events, and activities to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

XavierTechnical Director

Xavier manages all technical aspects of soccer within Soccer Dieppe, overseeing coach development, organizing training programs, conducting player evaluations, and ensuring the implementation of high-quality practices that support player growth and the club’s competitive objectives.

Youssef

Youssef assists the Technical Director and the Administrative Director in the planning, organization, and follow-up of the club’s programs. He contributes to the coordination of activities, communication with coaches and families, and the smooth running of the seasons.

AbdeldjalilAccounting Manager

Abdeldjalil is responsible for the financial management of Soccer Dieppe, overseeing bookkeeping, preparing budgets, generating financial reports, monitoring expenses, ensuring accurate accounting, and providing insights to support decision-making and the club’s overall financial health
