The Soccer Dieppe Club is growing rapidly! With an increasing number of members, the ambitious project of a covered soccer field in Dieppe, and the professionalization of our tools and processes, we are building more than a club – we are creating a true community pillar for families and young players 🚀.

To support this growth and ensure an effective and representative Board of Directors, we are looking for motivated leaders passionate about youth and sports development. Joining the board is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic decisions, program planning and development, while participating in the governance of an organization undergoing meaningful transformation.

We are looking for individuals with expertise or interest in:

• Human Resources
• Governance and administration
• Public relations and communications
• Legal
• Project management and infrastructure

French is required, as all board meetings are held in French. The expected commitment is approximately 8–15 hours per month, including:

• 1 strategic monthly meeting (last Monday of each month)
• Participation in 1–2 focused working committees
