The Learn to Train program marks an important milestone: the transition from play-based learning to structured training. For 8- and 9-year-olds, this is the optimal window to develop soccer-specific skills through progressive, coach-led sessions.
Players begin to understand positions, tactics, and team dynamics in a fun but purposeful environment. Sessions are designed around the Canada Soccer Long-Term Player Development model, ensuring age-appropriate training loads and the right kind of challenge at the right time.
The program is available across all four seasons, with each season divided into two blocks for maximum flexibility.
